The term “METRIX” as used in these terms and conditions refers to Metrix Research Sdn Bhd, the company.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how your Personal Data will be treated. This Policy may be updated from time to time when deemed necessary.

This Policy supplements but does not supersede or replace any prior consent which you may have provided to METRIX, nor does it affect any rights that METRIX may have at law in connection with Processing (as defined below) of an Personal Data (as defined below) of any Personal Data (as defined below).

Cookie” refers to a piece of data from a website that is stored within a web browser that the website can retrieve at a later time. It is used to allow us to understand how our visitors navigate METRIX website on each visit and to remember you should you choose to re-visit the website.

Personal Data” refers to data that is capable of identifying a natural person, whether on its own or in conjunction with other data that is accessible to METRIX

At any time, if you wish to withdraw your consent, you may email us at metrixresearch@metrix.com.my Depending on the extent to which you withdraw said consent, the withdrawal of consent may result in our inability to provide you with our goods and services, and may be considered as a termination by you of any agreement between yourself and us. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.

Access, Correction and Accuracy of Personal Data
Where applicable, we will take steps to verify the accuracy of the personal data which you choose to provide to use in using our website, at the relevant point of collection. However, please take note that you remain primarily responsible and liable to ensure that all personal information which you submit to us is complete and accurate. IP Addresses
Each time you visit our website or server will record your IP address together with the data, time and duration of your visit. We use this information to compile statistical data on the use of our website to track how users navigate our website. We do this in order to evaluate and improve our site.

METRIX has put in place the appropriate technical, administrative and physical procedures in place to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks to personal information in its possession.
