From 7 to 9 April 2026, our team took a short break from our day-to-day work to come together for a company retreat in Kuantan. It was a chance for us to step away from our usual routines and spend time reconnecting as a team.

As a market research company, much of what we do relies on collaboration, perspective, and clear communication. The retreat gave us the space to strengthen these areas in a more relaxed setting. Through a mix of team activities and informal discussions, we were able to exchange ideas, reflect on our work, and better understand one another beyond our usual roles.

Outside of the planned sessions, the trip also gave everyone time to unwind, whether that meant enjoying the coastal surroundings, sharing meals, or simply having conversations that don’t usually fit into a busy workday. These moments, while simple, played an important role in building stronger working relationships.

The retreat was a valuable reminder that good work is built on strong teams. We returned with a renewed sense of focus, better alignment across the team, and a shared motivation to continue delivering thoughtful, insight-driven work for our clients.
